Our Law office was established, originally, 35 years ago, as a "boutique" Law Office which specializes in the Laws of Tenders. As such, our Law Office has been leading for many years the field of Tender Laws in Israel.

Our Law Office was involved in some of the most important precedents which were ruled by the High Court of Justice and the Supreme Court in many fundamental aspects of Tender Laws, which strengthen the rights of Tenderers to participate in Public Tenders in fair competition and in equality terms.

Our Law Office specialization finds its expression in the essential books in Tender Laws ("Tender Laws" – Bursi publishing), which were written by the founder of the Office – Advocate Herzig Shmuel, with the help of the other lawyers in the Office. The books "Tender Laws" are frequently used as a reference by the Courts in their judgments.
